We are so excited to have this website up and running as it has been a vision for absolute years, so here we are at last…..

 Why Excellent Carers?

What makes some of our famous footballers, tennis players, businessmen,   actors so successful? Amongst other things such as passion, commitment, training, most of them have mentors or coaches to help them through uncharted territories, or just to act as a voice of encouragement or sound a warning cry. Well, Excellent Carers has been developed to help you, Care and Nursing Assistants working within health and social care. Similar to a virtual mentor and coach we aim to help you to provide excellent care and attention to:

And you!’

We can do this together by sharing ideas, thoughts and news.

No man is an Island...

I know you will agree that no man is an island. So, the Excellent Carers team will include various colleagues who have met over the years of working within care environments. They will provide a different perspective and share key issues. We will also be looking at applying issues from other sectors which might be able to help you, so not just health and social care. We are sure there are other industries we can learn from, so that will be fun!
